From the red carpet at the door to the final award on screen, RHB Films handles the entire evening, from the black-tie events management, red-carpet events management and film premiere events management to the AV and everything in between, so your team can host the night instead of running it. Ideal for cinema and theatre premieres, productions, or a large hall or room, for audiences of up to 500.

For most associations and organisations, the annual gala or awards night is the night, the one members dress up for, sponsors show up for, and everyone remembers. We produce the whole thing: red carpet arrivals and a branded media wall, a cinema-style screening, full sound, lighting and stage AV, and live award presentations with custom on-screen graphics.

Because we’re filmmakers as well as event producers, we coordinate everything end to end, working alongside your venue, caterers, florists and AV crews, so your committee never has to manage a dozen suppliers. We can also take the whole campaign off your hands, from marketing and advertising to ticketing, promotion and programming, so the night is filling seats long before the doors open.

Rock The Boat Film Festival 2026

Every year RHB Films produces Rock The Boat Film Festival, Western Australia’s short film and documentary festival for emerging and independent filmmakers. We run it in full, from year-round communications, website and program design and building, social media and advertising, to complete event management, ticketing, partnerships and the ongoing stakeholder relationships that sustain it, and from opening night through to the red carpet awards. It’s the clearest example of everything on this page, staged end to end by our own team.
